I'm a repeat customer of Bossa products waiting for my new pair. It's been about a month since ordering but I understand that supply and staffing is probably an issue. I'm going to be very patient and hope I do get them! I would say I have been satisfied by the original pair, although one of them has an annoying feedback, at least I have one that holds a long charge and I find it quite helpful. In reading the other recent reviews, I just hope I do receive the newer pair. Patience, people! Things are NOT the same as they used to be. We have to adjust to the new reality.
