We purchased from this company on 4-16-2024 and the funds cleared our bank on 4-18-2024. Today is now July 10th and we still have not received our order. We have contacted the company multiple times by phone, email and online chats. We have been told on all occasions to give it 7 to 14 more business days. Now the company will not even communicate. Therefore, We have contacted the BBB with our proof of purchase and documentation on all communications to show how this company is fraudulent. We have contacted our bank also. We have requested a refund from the company and they have disregarded us. Please do not order from them. We are on society security and even the 89.00 dollars they took from us was hard on us. Save yourself the heartache and frustration and order from a trustworthy source.
