I sent my hearing aids back May28, asking for a refund as they didn’t meet my needs. They received them on June 17th. Today is July16th and still no refund. I’ve tried calling, they will not answer their phone. I’ve written a complaint on their website and it went to Better Business Bureau. Still no response. So, folks, please find a reputable company if you need help finding a hearing aid. This company needs to be taken to court for false advertising. They do nothing that they promise In their warranty.
