It sure seems like something is amiss here with Bossa. Reading these reviews I can say it has also happened to me. They took my Money but sent me NO product. Now No Responses either. BBB review is also unfavorable. There must be something we ,the unsuspecting consumer can do collectively. This was supposed to be an American based company owned by an American. What a shame...
