I ordered hearing aids when I got them they were too big. I asked for smaller size. I sent the bigger ones back at my expense and paid $175 Canadian dollars more for a smaller hearing aid. I have never received these smaller hearing aids ( I guess they were waiting for parts) they offered me a refund or I could wait. I asked for a refund and they said they are working on it. I have never received the hearing aids or a refund and this has been going on since 5 months and now they are not answering my emails and when I call I get nothing not even a ring tone. They owe me$375 US dollars. Very frustrating and disappointing.
