I sent in my hearing aids due to them not working. Received one only and have been emailing for a couple of months for status on the other one plus charger. They do not answer emails and there is no phone number to call them direct. Cannot even receive refund due to no response from the company. Bad customer service and overall bad company would not recommend to anyone.
