Bossa really deserves negative stars as they are a scam. Paid for the product. Returned product in Dec 2023 as of today July 31, 2024 I have yet to receive my refund along with hundreds of other consumers. Some haven't even received the product they paid for. Bossa has a F rating with the BBB. The AG of AZ now states Bossa is no longer operating. Beware of ordering any hearing aids as Bossa may open up under a new name.
