Ordering through BossTab was very simple. The process was easy and by following the clear instructions was able to get the stand I wanted for the correct tablet I had. Used at a convention and heard nothing but good reviews!
It is a well made product and does exactly what is advertised. A little pricier than some of the "comparable" stands I saw on the internet but well worth it based on the quality construction and materials. You get what you pay for!
