Bottle was as expected, gift wrap was a plastic sheet with some ribbon on top so I was not impressed, and the delivery and service were very bad.
I bought 1-2 days delivery but received the bottle almost 2 weeks after ordering with lots of emails back and forth with the team. They said the bottle will come 1-2 days after I complained of not receiving the bottle (a week after ordering) as it turned out my order “did not receive a scan”. After this email exchange they promised it will come within 1-2 days but it did not come for another week. I received the bottle almost 2 weeks after ordering (13 days) despite the advertised “1-2 days” delivery time on the website.
I am chasing for a refund on the delivery which is a small compensation compared to my time spent on the awful service and poor delivery.
I will not be ordering from this company again nor will I recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
I’d recommend the team works on improving their service, particularly when managing their customer expectations (ie if they say a delivery time, after not meeting it beforehand, they should meet that deadline).
