Overall I am very pleased with my order of a Canoncanoscan 9000f from Box. Pricing was good, delivery was as promised and I was kept informed of the progress of the sale from start to finish. My only slight annoyance was the software included with the scanner. I had not bought from sites which had cheaper offers as the software was Image Garden which has had some poor reviews. Box's advert claims that •ScanGear ; •MP Navigator EX; •ArcSoft PhotoStudio •Adobe Photoshop Elements and •SilverFast SE are supplied, which is a much higher level of quality. I haven't had time to check out any slides and see the quality of the software for myself as yet.
