Furious. Ordered some parts on Friday evening, paid extra for Sunday delivery. Didn't turn up. The order didn't even get dispatched until Monday evening and will arrive Tuesday, 48 hours late and I will now have to go out of my way to be home and receive the parcel.
I emailed their customer service and had a reply promising to escalate and get back to me, but I never actually got a reason as to why this is late. I run a large PC repair workshop, this kind of service is bad for my business. I was hoping to do some business or trade account work with this company, but this has left a really bad taste in my mouth.
