Ordered a TV from here on the 22nd, paid next day delivery. Tracking provided didn’t work until the following Monday, after back and forth over email on Monday the customer sales team informed me they could only book my delivery for the 29th, Box confirmed that the delivery options offered on their website were incorrect but following my emails never updated the website to reflect true delivery times.
I asked them to cancel the order and refund me the full £1199 I’d paid so I could buy a different TV from Curry’s, and Box then begun ignoring my emails, live chats (I waited for an hour whilst #1 in their live chat queue) and twitter correspondence. The whole experience has been shockingly bad, and the company has not yet responded to my cancellation requests on any platform.
Avoid Box.co.uk and shop elsewhere, the service provided here will leave you frustrated, and in limbo until THEY decide to fulfil your order.
