I ordered most of the components for a new PC build from Box and unfortunately the motherboard had a fault when it arrived. This was very close to Christmas i was worried it would not make the big day and spoil everything. I emailed and called the customer support and there response was excellent. The motherboard was swapped on Christmas eve ... Well done ! I will return to buy from Box as you only know how good an internet seller is when they you have a problem. 5 stars from me and highly recommended.
