The products were reasonably priced and everything looked fairly professional. I placed an order here and several other places to get PC parts for a new build. My orders from everywhere else turned up within a day or two, but my parts from Box were marked to arrive a week after I'd ordered them. The afternoon prior to my marked delivery date I'd had no confirmation of dispatch so after emailing support to check it had been sent/was going to be sent for arrival the next day as said - I was told there was a, and I quote, "slight logistics issue" and no indication of time it would take. I replied asking for a timeframe as I would be looking for a refund and to purchase elsewhere, and that very evening I had a dispatch email for next day delivery. Can we say if this would have happened if I had not pestered to find out where my items were? Looking at other reviews with similar issues, I'd guess probably not. But we will never know for sure - and as such it has shaken any confidence in future purchases from Box, as the delivery is a snails pace. I will say, my delivery was smooth and my items well packed.
