This was my third purchase on box.co.uk and what can I say? It's a plain sailing really. The despatch was the next day although I chose the free delivery option which takes 5-7 days. So well done box! What annoys me was the courier (Evri/Hermes). First I got the notification "out for delivery". I waited and waited. Nothing. Until I got the notification in the evening "we couldn't deliver your parcel". Why? No reason given. The next day I got a new notification "out for delivery". Waited and waited. The given time had passed. I tried to look for Evri customer support's contact number. Couldn't find it. Late in the evening I got the parcel delivered. I felt annoyed. But this was not the fault of box.co.uk! Actually box was faster than expected. Only Evri was a day later than notified.
