Ordered a package on Tuesday night with "up to 2 day delivery". It was sent out on Wednesday through DPD, and arrived on Thursday afternoon. I didn't need to contact the customer support, so I have no experience with their support quality. When you pay through PayPal, you don't even need to input your address etc. - it just uses your PayPal's default address, name, and other information, without having to create an account (one will be created for you automatically once done with your order). Overall, I have nothing to complain about.
