Ordered a HP Microserver from Box.co.uk along with a HP Carepack. The order arrived very quickly and exactly when they said it would. The only concern that I have is that when I received the email regarding the HP Carepack, following the instructions from Box.co.uk did not work for me to activate the Carepack. I am unsure whether this was an issue with the information provided by Box.co.uk or whether it was a problem with HP's systems. It took around 8 days to resolve the issue with HP. Whoever was at fault, the information provided by Box.co.uk to HP was incorrect and they did not even contact me to get the details that I wanted to register with HP. Overall, I would by from Box.co.uk again and have no real problem with them, just the Carepack registration was more complicated than it should be.
