After initially purchasing my gem tablet I found it had a slight fault with the pixels .I contacted Box and was given instructions to download a prepaid sticker to return item free of charge and within 3 days a replacement was sent to me which I am still using and enjoying. I cannot praise the company enough and in the future if I require any more gadgets they would be high on my list of websites to go to. Yours Gary Milne
