I bought 2 sets of Devolo1579 dLan200AVplus in November I No 715605. One of the units developed a fault and as instructed I returned it to you, the receipt of which you duly confirmed RMA R56274 and was told I would hear from you in 7 days.
NO REPLY after 3weeks sent email 31 Jan again NO REPLY.
Further email20 Feb still NO REPLY.
It is a low value item but nevertheless I am sure you will agree that the the total lack of service is appalling. Under these circumstances I would not be able to recommend you as a supplier of equipment should I be asked.
I do hope that even at this late stage you will be able to redeem the situation.
