I placed an order on the basis that website said it would take 2 hours to process and would be available to collect. However, I had to wait 3 days for computer to deliver.
I put a call in two calls to customer services. After the second one, my order was processed quickly
The resolution to the problem means I would use again and would recommend - but only if nonurgency to getting delivery
