Due to some strange and inexplicable misunderstanding within Box Ltd about Amazon "not clearing the order", (the initial explanation for which most unhelpfully said that "due to an unexpected delay....there has been a delay" - go figure?) there was an unnecessary two day delay in dispatch which I really could have done without. However, once Amazon got involved, the problem was resolved within the hour, and the laptop was dispatched with impressive rapidity and arrived safely next day via DPD. The laptop itself has worked flawlessly since I first plugged it in to charge the batteries and is living up to expectations in every way. Overall, an excellent service badly ruined by dreadful order handling.
