I ordered a laptop from this website and upon delivery within a few hours things were going wrong and I had the blue screen of death multiple times with various error stop codes. I contacted Box regarding my concerns and they immediately responded with very helpful advice. Despite the product being faulty, they were more than happy to help me resolve this issue.
