My Seagate HDD was a good price, well packed, shipped free under the Supersaver Delivery and was delivered well within the specified 5 days, even with New Year's day intervening. The item was trackable and I even had an email from Royal Mail to say when it would be delivered. The only niggle, for which I have deducted one star, was the surcharge added for Credit Card transactions. Most companies allow for credit card costs within their prices and give a discount for Debit Cards. It is annoying because it does not become obvious until well through the ordering process.
