Received an email 5 days after placing an order (Jan 10th) saying and I quote "Hopefully your order from Box Limited has arrived and you are satisfied with your products. If this is not the case then please contact us immediately and we will help in any way we can." Well, already contacted them within 48 hours of placing the order and receiving a "The order you placed at Box Limited is leaving our warehouse(s) today." on 7th January. Person on the other end of the line couldn't get any response from the warehouse to confirm or not whether the order had been dispatched or not. Not recommended.... Still not received goods
