Product arrived within the 5 working day delivery period (it arrived in 2 working days). Product came in just a plastic bag but it's own box, which already has padding inside to protect the product itself.
Probably won't be able to use product until I've received all the other bits & pieces for the HTPC I'm building but i'm sure it will be as great as the reviews suggest.
