Checked to see if product was in stock, which was confirmed, so ordered the product and paid extra up to 2 day delivery as I required product sharp, I received an email the same day saying my product had been dispatched.
One week later and I emailed to see where my order was and received a reply saying there was a stock error and there wont be stock in for 5 days.
Poor service and communication as I had to find out for myself that there was a stock error and my product was not infact on it's way to me, poor especially considering I paid extra for quick delivery after being assured the product was in stock. To say the service was disappointing would be extremely generous.
