Ordered monitor on Thursday evening and paid for 3 day delivery. Before placing order phoned box to get answers to some queries, person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and spoke on the same level as my understanding of technology. All my questions were answered and I was asked if I needed anything else and if I do just ring again for help. Excellent service.
Friday morning I received a message to say my monitor had been despatched to the couriers and it was delivered to my home at 10 am Monday morning. Very impressive.
