Ordering:
The processing was slightly slower than expected, took two days, whereas I assume a status of 'processing' means it is actually being done.
Delivery:
The delivery was not as expected, it was send using Yodel to a Collect+ point. I got a card from the Yodel driver saying: 'Delivered package wrongley to you, plese call [Yodel helpdesk]' (yes including those spelling errors). Which got me thinking: 1) I didn't get a package (wasn't meant to), 2) does this mean it IS at the store? Calling Yodel was not as bad as expected, although they couldn't tell me what I should do. Luckily they did give the number for Collect+ to get a code to release the package, because Yodel hadn't told Collect+ they delivered the package thus I wasn't send a code. In the end it took me an hour (calling, waiting, calling again, etc) to get the package whereas it could've been done in less than 5 minutes.

The monitor is brilliant, exactly what I needed.
Conclusion: Box.co.uk should STOP using Yodel.
