I ordered a Mio Cyclo 505hc from box.co.uk after finding them to be the cheapest. I had read reviews about poor delivery & bad service but my personal experience couldn't have been better. I placed the order for the unit Tues morning, receiving clear information about cost & delivery options. I selected the free 5 day delivery and was amazed when the product arrived Wed afternoon! The product is exactly as described but I havent had a chance to use it as yet; however, that would be more of a product review than a comment on the service provided by box.co.uk. I would definitley order from them again.
