Ordered a game chair, showing in stock. Stated if ordered on a Friday then would be dispatched on the Monday with delivery 3-5 days.
12 days later still not had email to say it has been dispatched. No reply to email or message sent through website and no refund received either.
This is supposed to be for my son’s birthday but doesn’t look like it will be received. Will be contacting my card provider to try and get my money back that way.
Shocking service.
