Very professional and efficient service and clearly streets ahead of the High St firms used by others in the chain. Early in the transaction I was given document/ info packages which enabled crucial documents to be signed and agreed early resulting no need of personal visits and the regular milestone emails reduced the need for me to ring them saving me time and letting BPL to get on with the job. I've seen other negative feed back which really surprises me . Mark Stimson team have been fantastic and I've had no problems at all. Thumbs up.
