Customer service and fulfillment really hurts what is probably a good line of products. I placed an order as a subscription, with 3-5 day shipping. But in the end, it was a few weeks before the order was set to arrive, by which time I was no longer at the address, so unable to receive it. They did not offer to reship or refund, just said, "Sorry."
I told them I would not be continuing to order. Oddly, there is no way to log on to their site to see any active subscriptions, and they do not send out notices prior to shipment like other companies. So, I was surprised to see a charge appear for another order. I wrote asking for this to be canceled and refunded. Customer service takes days to respond, but since the item was on backorder it hadn't shipped, and they agreed to cancel the item, but only issued a partial refund. Their reason was that only getting one shipment voids the subscription, so they deducted the savings from the second (canceled) order to cover that difference. Great, but I never got the first order. I told them if they were unwilling to honor the error, I would be writing reviews to share my experience.
Maybe it's a new company. Seems they have some things to iron out before they are a reliable as competitors.
