Brakecrafters tech support helped me out when ordering some new brake pads for my Zero DSR. They explained the difference between organic and sintered pads (I went with sintered and love the feel), shipping was fast and the pads fit perfectly.
Photo shows old worn organic pads (I let them get a little too worn, but not bad enough to damage the rotor - check your pads often, folks!) and the new ones, which are installed.
Very pleased, will use Brakecrafters again.
