Purchased caliper rebuild kits for my 2000 Vulcan 1500. The kit for the rear was the wrong one, although according to their website it was the correct one. I contacted them about the issue, and they sent me the correct kit express mail along with a pre-printed return slip for the incorrect part. Simple mistake and quickly taken care of with no hassle whatsoever. The kits worked great and the bike is stopping like new aqain! The parts fit perfectly and seem to be of good quality and workmanship. I will be ordering more from them as I have several bikes. I have been spreading the word to all my riding buddies as well!
