Received quote and appointment time (next day) over the phone. The next day I was called by the tech to say he could come early if okay, I said sure. When he arrived I explained the problems I was having with my brakes. He took the truck for a test ride and told me what he believed to be the problem but would let me know for sure once he started working on the brakes. A little later he let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost for the repairs. Once he started working he went to it "like a bee to honey". When he finish he showed me the bad parts and explained what he did and how the bad parts effected my braking and the final price tuned out a lot cheaper than what he had quoted me. Now my braking is as smooth as butter!
