The mechanic that serviced my brakes was really great! He tested my brakes, even though they weren’t immediately squeaking, he still took off my tires and took a look at them, actually found that my brakes were defective and they were scratching the rotors. (So happy to know that this issue was caught on time before it got worse). He told me that everything is still under warranty so he gave me my options on what he could do (with friendly service and no pressure to upgrade) and I decided to go ahead and upgrade my brakes for the difference price. Also my rotors were replaced for free! He let me know the time frame it would take and he got them done sooner than that too! After he was done, I paid for my service, he re-explained my warranties again on everything to make sure I understood and that was that! Once again, for my second time using this service, it went great! The mechanics have been personable, the service was pressure free and I love that everything is explained with any questions answered! I will definitely keep using this service in the future! 2 for 2 in my book!
