Tim did an assessment & was very helpful & communicated thoroughly on arrival & was very courteous. The day he came to do the work he was very efficient. the text notifications were so helpful & clever. the little map & timer were very precise. The installation went well & was done quickly. He is very friendly & knowledgeable. I am glad I called.
