Justin texted me before he arrived and was on time. He was courteous and professional and had my brake pads changed in under an hour. He used a torque wrench to ensure my lug nuts were tightened to the proper manufactures specification. The overall price was under the estimate. You can't ask for more! It was a great experience and I will use them for all my brake repairs going forward.
