Couldn't be more impressed. It's hard to find a business in this day and age you can just get a simple deal done through email or text. It's the 21st century, I'm not calling on the telephone. It was refreshing to be able to send in a request for a quote through their website and get an email and text back with the information. I replied that I wanted to proceed and they told me what dates and times were available. My technician was Justin and the young man deserves a raise. He texted me before he was on his way (on time for the appointment) and I was able to track his trip through a link in his text message. I'm sure he's not a fan of being tracked, but it was really helpful. I was able to put my dog outside so that they didn't rush the door. When Justin arrived, he let me know he'd do an inspection first (free of charge) and when I mentioned my loud barking dog, in case he needed to talk to me, he just said "No problem, I'll send you texts instead to keep her calm." After the inspections, he told me my options and the prices associated with that, and everything matched the quote originally given to me, minus a more premium brake pad option that I could go with if I wanted. I REALLY appreciated that as my dog will back at the slightest sound. Justin was done within an hour, but it honestly was probably less time than that and I wasn't paying attention. Super impressed with this company and Justin. Enough so that I wish they did more than just brakes! Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.
