I chose this company based on Yelp reviews and price. I often go straight to read negative reviews, and I appreciated the extensive effort to respond in detail to any negative review. It was an indication they care about their reputation and service enough to give them a try replacing my front pad and rotors. The process, communication, scheduling, and follow through was spot on. The technician (Jose) worked efficiently clearly based on his experience. I will say that I stood there and watched him from start to finish and was impressed with his attention to detail. This included both power and hand wire brushing, cleaning the studs, greasing the bolts, carefully semi-tightening the lug nuts in proper sequence before dropping the vehicle and torquing each nut to 80 foot pounds, and driving the vehicle to verify everything was good while setting the new pads. I would not hesitate using them for any future brake needs on our seven vehicles.
