Not terrible- the issue comes when I open the box to Find a large slice in the alkanet root powder and powder covering everything in the box, making a mess Everywhere and getting into the folds and creases of all the other bags and bottles. They said they’ll ship me another alkanet root powder. It offered nothing else for the delay or the mess that caused me additional time and work to clean up. Thought it was poor customer service - was my first, and last, order from them.
