I bought 2 pairs of boots, both lovely I think, but 1 pair has no return label, so if I do return them that may void my return. Sadly I ordered on 2 different order numbers, although within minutes of each other.This meant that I was charged for delivery on the pair under £100, even though they arrived in the same box!! The delivery company failed to deliver on 9th September and finally did on 10th September, which meant I waited in twice. No explanation or apology. Poor service. Based on my experience I am not sure I will get a reply. Very disappointed. Alicia Aras
