I made contact by email with Brand Outlet prior to my purchase, had a most satisfactory response to my query within minutes, ordered my 'top quality' item and duly received it less than 24 hours later - p&p free - absolutely first class service. The product itself exceeded my expectations and the cost of it was very reasonable and the cheapest I could find online, even after much searching. Absolutely delighted with the entire transaction - so much so that I did email Brand Outlet the day I received my item, to compliment them on their excellent customer service. Highly recommended retailer and one which I am sure will become a regular of mine. A simple 'thank you' Brand Outlet seems inadequate.
