The service and speed of sending my goods was very good and I am happy with it but the parcel arrived with the package torn open at one end and it was clear that someone had rummaged inside. The umbrella was out of it cover and the bag had been taken out of its duster bag. The black tissue was not wrapped around the items but loose in the box. The driver assured me that it had been received in that condition at the depot and I have no reason to doubt him. I feel you should know about this because it seems like a security breach. Had the box simply been damaged and the goods not touched, I would have assumed it was a mishap en route but there is no doubts the goods inside had been tampered with, though they are not damaged as far as I can see. I have rated the overall service as good because of the speed and efficiency of sending etc but this does need addressing.
