I ordered two items, but only one was sent. There were two items on the invoice but nothing to indicate when the second item would follow. When I contacted them I was told that there had been an error on the system that had allowed me to order an 'out of stock' item. This was extremely frustrating as it is not the first time that it has happened. On the plus side I love the item that did turn up, and the refund was processed very quickly.
