Wasn't certain if my purchase had been processed correctly as I was a first time shopper from this site and wasn't asked to register my details. The system appeared to intelligently linked to my PayPal details as the confirmation e-mail from BrandOutlet proved that, and that the delivery address details were correct. The Customer Service telephone number was easy to locate on the website and a call to this line to inquire about the status of my order was answered within seconds, and in a polite, informative professional and friendly manner.
