Then customer service people have been pleasant but the delivery service by DPD is awful. The goods were due on friday. They could not find the house. They sent them to a shop ten miles away without my agreement. Brand Outlet have tried to sort it. We are at Tuesday and there is now words about when I will get the goods. I have generally steered clear of retailers using DPD, though one cannot know the delivery firm until the first bite. But once bitten....
