I ordered a polo shirt for my brother's birthday and paid extra for next day delivery, only to be emailed by you the following day to say that you didn't actually have one in that size so you would cancel the order and refund the money. If you had emailed me the same day, I could have ordered a present for my brother from somewhere else but you waited until the following day when it was too late. And I still haven't had the money refunded a week later! Please can you arrange a refund ASAP?
