First of all, the website was very easy to navigate and fine what you want and then the ordering is simple oh and the price is great! I have several pairs of Trickers and my partner wanted a pair to but is a bargain hunter so didn't want to spend the full price so the price I paid with was great and the deliver was very fast. The only thing I would say is that the packaging wasn't very good the large box that contained the shoe box was damaged and I when opened the be the shoe box was open and the boots were out of the box so it would have been easy for the boots to get scratched or damaged so I might have been better if the shoe box had been wrapped in bubble wrap or something just to stop it from opening and the boots escaping. With each pair of Trickers I have bought I have revived a blue cloth dust bag as well as a polishing cloth and the blue sheet that wraps the boot however I did not receive this with these boots so is their any reason why they didn't come with this? With that all said apart from the couple of issues I have mentioned my partner loves the boots and wonders why I'd didn't buy her a pair a long time ago haha PS Could you look into why the boots didn't come with the bag and the cloth please.
