I ordered some trainers which arrived within 48 hours even though I ordered them over a bank holiday. Unfortunately, the trainers did not fit me very well and I called brandboudoir to ask if I could send them back and get an alternative pair which I had seen on their website. The staff that I spoke to were very helpful and explained to me the best way of doing this. I sent them back today and I am sure that my alternative pair will arrive just as promptly. My replacement trainers arrived within 48 hours of the other ones being sent back. They were perfect. All the staff have been so helpful.
